Processing & Delivery Times

Processing times are estimates and may take 1–2 weeks before your order is shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

After your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Delays

Moon Magik is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Holidays
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Other events beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you need to update your address, please email moonmagikllc@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

If we do not receive your request before your order is processed, your package will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking information shows your package as Delivered but you have not received it, please complete the following steps:

  • Check around your property.
  • Ask members of your household.
  • Check with your neighbors.
  • Contact your local post office or shipping carrier, as GPS delivery coordinates may be available.
  • Wait at least 24 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive.

If your package is still missing after completing these steps, please notify us within 5 days of the recorded delivery date.

While Moon Magik is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, we understand these situations can be frustrating. We review delivery claims on a case-by-case basis and may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. Repeated claims or suspected fraudulent claims may not qualify for replacement or reimbursement.
